Margarita Ice

A slushy for adults. Put a spin on the margarita if you're tired of having it the same old way.

Ingredients

• 1 quart fresh lime juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup Cointreau
• 3 cups good quality Mexican Tequila

Instructions

Whisk all of the ingredients together. Either freeze the liquid in a airtight container or use an ice cream machine, following manufacturers instructions. Serve cold in Margarita glasses.

Yield: 1/2 gallon
