Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

2 ounces gin
Splash simple syrup
Splash orange flower water
Splash lemon juice
Splash cream
1 egg white
Soda water

Instructions

In a shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, flower water, lemon juice, cream and egg white. Add a couple of ice cubes. Shake several times and strain into an old fashioned glass filled half way with ice. Top the drink with soda water.

Yield: 1 drink
