This salad is great for the summer. It is light yet filling. The flank steak is marinated in a sweet salty soy marinade and then stir fried and tossed with greens and sprouts.
You can subsitute your favorite steak cut here. Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Strip, etc. would all be wonderful here, even if you can't find dry-aged. This is a TRUE steak house meal!
This simple Asian marinade is out of this world on skirt steak. It also works wonders on chicken, seafood, and pork. You can use it on practically everything.
