Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
Wrap the garlic in foil and bake in a 400-degree oven for 40 minutes. Let
cool and press the garlic out of the skins. Peel and cook the potatoes. In
a bowl, mash the cooked potatoes, butter, cream and softened garlic. Season
the potatoes with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- Two and one-half pounds russet potatoes
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- One-half cup cream, warmed
- 4 tablespoons butter
