Instructions
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender and process for 30 seconds until smooth.
Place the greens in a large serving bowl and toss to coat with the dressing. Add as many optional ingredients as desired.
Serve.

Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced tarragon or dill
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup celery sticks
- 1 cup peeled, sliced cucumber
- 1 cup garlic or herb croutons
- 4 ounces button mushrooms, rubbed clean and thickly sliced
