Restaurants running specialty drinks now through March 3
NEW ORLEANS (Feb. 4, 2014) – Not in the mood for a Hurricane or Hand Grenade this Mardi Gras season? Emeril’s, NOLA Restaurant, and Emeril’s Delmonico are each serving unique, hand-crafted cocktails inspired by Mardi Gras now through March 3.
Emeril’s is offering a Voo-Pear-Doo, made with pear-infused New Orleans Crystal rum, Pama liqueur, prosecco, a splash of lime and Hellfire bitters; and a King Cake Martini made with Captain Morgan white rum and a house-made king cake simple syrup.
NOLA Restaurant is featuring a Mambo Punch with pineapple-infused vodka, St. Germain, simple syrup, orange juice and ginger beer; a Mardi Gras Martini with Chambord and Absolut Citron; and a Fat Tuesday Rum Runner with dark rum, Cointreau, and lemon and cranberry juices.
Emeril’s Delmonico is offering a King’s Cup cocktail with vanilla vodka, coconut rum, pineapple and prosecco; and a Cajun Storm with New Orleans Cajun Spice rum, house-made grenadine, passion fruit and lemon.
Emeril’s Delmonico offers happy hour Monday through Friday from 5–7 p.m. in the bar area with ½-priced specialty cocktails, $4 Absolut martinis, $3.50 well cocktails, $2.50–$3 domestic beers, and $5 select wines by the glass.
