NEW ORLEANS (Sept. 12, 2013) - Experience a taste of the Caribbean, mon! Emeril’s Delmonico restaurant and Old New Orleans Rum have partnered to present an exclusive four-course dinner with a Creole Caribbean flair on September 27. Chef de cuisine Anthony Scanio created a unique menu exploring dishes and techniques from Caribbean cultures that influence today’s New Orleans cuisine. Each course, including hors d’oeuvres, will feature a never-before-served Old New Orleans Rum specialty cocktail. The dinner is $60 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
