Four-course menu pairing held Aug. 16
NEW ORLEANS (Aug. 6, 2013) - Emeril’s Delmonico restaurant is hosting an exclusive four-course wine dinner on August 16 featuring paired Sicilian wines. The Summer in Sicily dinner showcases a special menu created by chef de cuisine Anthony Scanio paired with sparkling, white and red wines and finished with an Elixir of the Seven Powers - a house-made after-dinner liqueur, or digestif. The dinner is $70 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations may be made by calling 504-525-4937.
