Renowned winemakers, spirits, producers, chefs and culinary personalities will gather this summer for the 2009 TD Bank Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival July 30 through August 2, 2009.

The Festival promises to be the premier event of Atlantic City’s summer season with four days of events, tastings and celebrity appearances. Chefs from the Food Network and Bravo will host, demonstrate, mix and mingle with guests at more than 20 events filling the schedule throughout the weekend.

Culinary Demonstration & Lesson with Emeril Lagasse
Date: Saturday, August 1
Time: 2-4pm
Location: Showboat Atlantic City
Turn up the heat this August afternoon with a cooking lesson. Emeril-style. Work your culinary skills side by side with the master. The “essence” of his talent is his ability to create fun, innovative and tasteful recipes with a kick! Though he hails from a small New England town, Emeril has made his name and fortune in the Big Easy. With several successful restaurants and numerous awards, this culinary legend will be teaching you the secrets to culinary brilliance!

An Evening with Emeril Lagasse
Date: Saturday, August 1
Time: 8-10pm
Location: Caesars Atlantic City, Circus Maximus Theater
Experience Emeril Live right here in Atlantic City at Caesars Circus Maximus Theater. At the heart of the Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival, famed chef Emeril Lagasse shows everyone how it’s done. Enjoy cooking demonstrations (Lagasse’s specialty) and feel free to ask questions. If you’ve watched him, you know that Emeril has answers for everything and he serves it up with flair. Whether Lagasse’s whipping up the latest and greatest recipe, or spicing up his favorite sauces with his legendary “Bam!” everyone is sure to be happy, happy!

Malibu Rum Beach Soiree
Date: Saturday, August 1
Time: 9pm-1am
Location: Bally’s Atlantic City, Bikini Beach Bar
If you’re going to throw a summertime beach soirée in Atlantic City and center it around food and wine, then you better bring on the heat. Bally’s Bikini Beach Bar will be bubbling with celebrity chefs Emeril Lagasse, Guy Fieri, Ingrid Hoffmann, Ted Allen, Duff Goldman.  There’s no way to fit more spice into this event! As always, dance, eat and drink, but mostly mingle with these famed culinary creators. Be sure to stick around for the 11pm toast to the Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival.
