The month of May brings one very special day to mind – the day on which we all celebrate the most important people in the world, our mothers! Mother’s Day is just around the corner, on Sunday, May 11th. At Emeril’s Delmonico, we’re excited about our upcoming Mother’s Day Brunch, where we’ll have a selection of Chef Spencer’s brunch specials, as well as our classic brunch menu, featuring signature items such as our Delmonico Poached Egg – two poached eggs with house-cured, smoked pork loin, creamed spinach, toasted brioche and crawfish hollandaise sauce. To add ambiance to the atmosphere, New Orleans favorite chanteuse Julia LeShae will be performing live in our bar area, serenading our guests as they sip their eye-opener cocktails.
