NOLA Restaurant anticipates First New Orleans “Parade of Cuisine” set for August 2005

The New Orleans Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau, in conjuntion with Chef Emeril’s Restaurants and dozens of New Orleans’ finest eateries, has announced the first annual New Orleans Restaurant Month, “Parade of Cuisine,” for the month of August 2005.The restaurant celebration is a natural fit for a city whose cuisine is an integral part of its history, fabric and culture. It is expected to be a cultural mainstay for years to come.The event takes place at lunch Monday thru Friday and at dinner Sunday thru Thursday during the entire month of August. Participating restaurants will offer a 3-course lunch menu for $20.05, and a 3-course dinner menu for $30.05. In the one American city where the celebrities are the chefs, New Orleans Restaurant Month is destined to become a world famous celebration of our incredible cuisine, the chefs who create it and the restaurants that offer it.Chef Michael Rouss is excited to be able to bring a taste of NOLA Restaurant to the participants in this fantastic event.
