Asian Essence

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon granulated onion
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 3/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice
• 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir to blend thoroughly. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry location.

Yield: About 1/4 cup
