Ingredients
- 1/2pound sushi-quality amberjack fillets
- Soy sauce for dipping
- Wasabi for dipping
- Pickled ginger for serving
- Mizuna or other decorative greens for garnishing
Instructions
Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into ¼-inch thick slices. Serve on a plate, arranged decoratively with traditional garnishes alongside.
