- 1 medium-size ripe Haas avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a blender or food processor, process the avocado until smooth. Add the lime juice and heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Pulse once or twice to blend.
Yield: about 3/4 cup
