COUNTRY HAM AND APPLE SLAW SANDWICH WITH BABY SWISS AND BOURBON MUSTARD

Ingredients Instructions

Spread 8 slices of the bread with the bourbon mustard. Next place a slice of cheese followed by 2 ounces of the shaved ham. Finish the sandwich with 1/4 cup of the slaw and another slice of the bread.
 
APPLE SLAW:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the salt and white pepper.
 
Mix thoroughly and season with salt and white pepper.
 
BOURBON MUSTARD:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
 
Yield: 8 servings
