What is Holiday To Go?
Holiday To Go offers everything you need to make your holiday celebration simple and delicious. Our restaurant crafted menus are prepared from scratch by Emeril's team of Chefs. You get complete holiday meals that you can reheat in your oven and serve.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed via the Holiday Hotline at 504-212-2212. A Holiday To Go advisor will guide you through the menu and reserve your holiday meal now.
Where do I pickup my order?
All orders are available for pickup at Emeril's Delmonico (1300 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans). You will pre-select a date and time for pickup when you place your order.
Will my meal be ready to serve?
All Holiday To Go selections are served properly chilled. You simply reheat in your oven before serving. Printed reheating instructions will be provide at pickup. Plan on at least 45 minutes to reheat sides and 2 hours for a turkey.
How do I reheat my selections?
All sides are served in an oven-ready aluminum container. Entrees should be transferred to a roasting pan or baking dish for reheating. Sauces and soups should be heated on the stovetop in a saucepan, or in a microwave safe container. Complete reheating instructions will be provided at pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
We do not offer delivery for Holiday To Go meals.
Do you offer Holiday To Go in other cities or by mail?
Holiday To Go is only available in the New Orleans area at this time.
How do I estimate how much to order?
Our main courses and side dishes are designed to serve 6-8 guests. Desserts typically serve 8 guests. Your Holiday Hotline advisor can advise you on how much to order. Extra side dishes are also available a la carte - in case you expect extra guests or want to make sure you will have leftovers.
Do you offer custom menus?
At this time, we offer only the posted menus. We are happy to recommend additional side dishes or desserts to complete your holiday menu.
Do you cater holiday and office parties?
Our complete Holiday To Go menu is available for home and office parties, starting December 1, with at least 5 business days notice.
