How to Order
To place an order, simply call the Holiday Hotline at 504-212-2212. Please be sure to read our order/pickup policy. Holiday To Go is only available in the New Orleans area.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. At this time, we are unable to accept cash or check payments.
Lead Time
All orders must be placed by 4 p.m. according to the chart below.
Thanksgiving - Nov. 16
Christmas - Dec. 21
New Years - Dec. 28
Holiday Parties - 5 business days
For holiday parties, please allow at least 5 business days lead time. It's best to get orders in as soon as possible in order to confirm availability.
Order Pickup
Your order will be available for pickup during a pre-selected time between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the following days. Pickup location is Emeril's Delmonico (1300 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans). You can view a map here. Order inquires should be made to the Holiday Hotline at 504-212-2212.

Care/Reheating
Once you pickup your order, please bring it directly home and refrigerate immediately. Printed reheating instructions for your main course and side dishes will be provided at time of pickup.
