A $100 Cheesesteak Sandwich

At Barclay Prime Steak House in Philly, Chef Todd Mark Miller has concocted a $100 version of the Philly Cheesesteak with shaved kobe beef, foie gras, triple cream Taleggio cheese and carmelized shallots on an artisan-bread bun.

Chef is clearly a fan of foie because his menu also offers a foie gras peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
