Hi Everyone!

Hope you all had a great Valentine’s weekend! Here in New Orleans, we not only had a great Valentine’s, but a great Mardi-Gras and a fabulous Superbowl Championship to kick-start the festivities! WHO DAT?! Needless to say, it’s been about 10 full days of partying here.

But in between the celebrations, part of the culinary team went with Chef Emeril to the Home Shopping Network to help him sell some of his awesome products. I’ve included some photos for you to see what happened behind the scenes this past trip.

   You visited 2 farms in the east that grew crops and sold seeds. I think it was an organic farm. I remember you cooking there and using their produce. Would like either they web site or phone info or name. Thanks

   emeril you are my fantasy come true! you can cook and you are the sexiest ever! i’m jealous of your wife!!! i love your shows and have cooked some of the best foods ever from them. my husband and i are big fans and try not to miss any shows. when i’m off work (have a four day week now) i stay glued to the fln and fn for your shows. you have diversified shows and that makes it nice for any occasion. i bet you are a hoot to be around. we visited nolas in n.o for our anniversary some time back and even though we were in jeans, your staff made us feel like a million bucks. they were just as i imagined you would be, vey attentive and detailed. the staff made great suggetions and we were not dissatified with anything. my husband surprised me by taking me there and it was the best anniversay ever. i could not imagine a world witout emeril in it. thanks for all the memories!!!
