Your darn right it’s not a party without beer. I would be curious to know if anyone has an opinion on why people get older and drink stronger beer. At least that’s how it is with me and my friends. It used to be light, watered-down beer and now it’s dark, funky, belguim beers. Whenever we go out to eat in Las Vegas at one of Emerils awesome restaurants we go where there is good beer to pair with our steak.
