On Today’s Cooking with Emeril show, Emeril’s special guest was James Coogan, manager of New York City’s Ideal Cheese.  James was filled with tons of tips and advice regarding everything and anything cheese. He was nice enough to bring in a tray of five unique cheeses for Emeril and the staff!

    I used to live in Warrenton, VA and a gourmet shop tin downtown had a cheese that was a Brie laced with a small amount of Bleu cheese…fabulous! I’m now in CA and one would think I could find it out here, but I don’t remember what it was called. Can you help me, please? Your “cheese” show made me remember this exquisite morsel, and I would love to know where I could locate it again. When warmed, it is warm, it is soothing and VERY tasty! Thank you in advance. ld :-)
