In case you didn’t know, Emeril’s newest cookbook, Emeril 20-40-60, will be available in stores Oct. 7th! It’s a book dedicated to the time sensitive cook. Emeril, I watch your show faithfully and love your receipes. I have an herbal plant called Orange Mint. Can you give me some receipes to use the herb in? I can find nothing on it anywhere. Thank you.

I so love your wonderful, delicious receipes. Last Thanksgiving I departed from my usual turkey prep. I did your brine and rub under the skin. Now my family and friends want me to make a Thanksgiving dinner every Sunday! You amaze me. You are such kind and caring man and that has been my basic attraction to you. The bonus has been wonderful cooking ideas! Don’t ever change the way you interact with people. I understand the Stewart connection on a monetary basis, but your wonderful charisma helps her. Please don’t be affected!
