   I have been a short order cook for sixteen years and I am now opening a bar and cafe’ in Henderson, Ia.I look foward to using this web site and others like it in guidance to making and serving lunch specials from my kitchen…gotta spread the love!

   I have a fresh ham this year and was wondering if the Spiced Honey & Lemon glaze would work with that type of ham.

   I plan to use it on my fresh ham but only after I cook the ham, then glaze it during the last 30-60 minutes.
