After my Korean dinner on Sunday, I wandered the streets of K-town for awhile looking into shop windows and beginning the slow process of digesting enough food for four, eaten by one—me.

Well, I didn’t get very far because just a few blocks from the restaurant where I had dinner was a little storefront with a window display of live dumpling-making! It was here that I sampled a few pork dumplings that we made just minutes beforehand.

Talk about fast food—the ladies making the dumplings were amazingly quick at making them, and cooking and eating them was even faster!
