Family Sunday Dinner
Post Author: Blog Master!With everyone’s hectic schedules these days, it’s sometimes difficult to get together for a family meal.¬†But you just have to make the time and Sunday dinner may just be the answer for your clan.¬†Depending on your schedule, the meal can be served at noon or thereabouts or later, in the evening.
Put a chicken roasting, make a couple of good sides, and offer a really super dessert and you’re set.
The chicken recipe is from Emeril’s mom and features a stuffing that includes chorizo sausage, but if you can’t find chorizo, use any sausage you wish.¬†Green beans cooked with bacon and glazed carrots are both great side dishes for the roasted chicken.¬†Ah, and for dessert why not do something really special for the family—Emeril’s Kicked Up Grasshopper Pie!
