I’m really not a lush - well, not much of one anyway, but I do love trying new spirits with funky names or unique qualities. My latest discovery is on the ever-expanding vodka shelf and no SPF (Spirit Protection Factor) is needed for these UV’s.

UV is the name of smooth, 4-time distilled vodkas that come in a rainbow of flavors (apple, cherry, blue-raspberry, vanilla, orange and lemon-lime citrus)and colors. These vodkas add a special splash to martinis and most are low-carb or carb-free.

Easily found at most specialty liquor shops or check out the website, www.uvvodka.com - it’s a “spiritual” experience.
