Emeril's Card Use
Where can I purchase my Emeril's Card?
Emeril's Cards can be purchased at any participating Emeril's restaurants, thru www.emerils.com, and our retail store located in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, 829 St. Charles Ave., 70130. Also, by calling our sales team at 1-800-980-8474,
during business hours.
What shipping rates apply to Emeril's Cards?
Orders including Emeril's Gift Card(s) only are shipped free of charge via USPS. Please choose GC1 shipping method during checkout.
If you need your Gift Card in a hurry, please choose GC2 shipping method and for a $7.00 S&H fee we will send your Gift Card USPS priority mail, approximate delivery will be 3-5 business days.
Emeril's Card orders placed with other merhcandise items must choose ECO shipping method and will be charged the shipping rate for the merchandise total for other items, regardless of Emeril's Card amount. Shipping charges will be adjusted manually during our order processing stage and an updated receipt will be e-mailed the following business day. The shipping rate calculated online during customer viewing will not be accurate, please disregard.
Where can I use my Emeril's Card?
Emeril's Cards are redeemable at any participating Emeril's restaurants for dining (food, beverage, tax and gratuity) and restaurant merchandise. Emeril's Cards are also redeemable at our retail store - 829 St. Charles Ave., or by calling 1-800-980-8474 to place an order for any of Emeril's merchandise.
Can I purchase or redeem gift certificates online?
Gift certificates are no longer available for purchase, but we now offer our new Emeril's Card in their place. However, gift certificates are still redeemable at any of Chef Emeril Lagasse's participating restaurants listed below and for merchandise through emerils.com. To redeem your gift certificate for any of Emeril's products, simply call 1-800-980-8474 to place a phone order.

How do I check the balance on my Emeril's Card?
Go to www.emerils.com/card and click on "Check Your Balance".
Can I use my Emeril's Card online on emerils.com?
Although customers currently cannot use their Emeril's Card to purchase online directly, you may visit www.emerils.com to view products and then place your order by phone using your Emeril's Card. Please call 1-800-980-8474, 8:00am - 5:00pm CT.
Coming Soon!!! Although we cannot redeem your Emeril's Card online today, we will be making changes to www.emerils.com, so please check back soon.
Can I reload and reuse my Emeril's Card?
Yes, you may reload your card at any participating Emeril's restaurant or by calling
1-800-980-8474, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm CT/STD.
Will my Emeril's Card expire?
No, your Emeril's Card will not expire.
Emeril's Card Registration
Why should I register my Emeril's Card?
By registering your card, you protect the value on your card should it be damaged, lost or stolen. Registering your Emeril's Card also allows you to manage your account online, view usage history and makes you eligible for future Emeril's Rewards.
Please note: Correct billing, mailing (No PO Boxes) and email addresses are required to register your card. We take great care to protect your personal information and do not share your information with any 3rd party. How do I register my Emeril's Card?
Register your card by visiting www.emerils.com/card and click "Register Your Card."
Please enter the Card Number and the REG CODE found on the back of your card, then complete the required information on the registration form.

What if my Emeril's Card is damaged?
If your card is damaged or becomes unreadable, a new card may be issued at any participating Emeril's restaurants, or by calling 1-800-980-8474, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm CST.
Damaged cards can be replaced for the remaining value with the original purchase receipt or if registered. To protect the balance on your Emeril's Card, please register at www.emerils.com/card.
How do I request a replacement for a damaged Emeril's Card?
To request a replacement card, please call 1-800-980-8474. We will activate and ship a replacement card as soon as possible. We can only transfer the remaining balance from your damaged card to the replacement card. Emerils.com is not responsible for shipping charges for the replacement card.
What if my Emeril's Card is lost or stolen?
You may report a lost/stolen card by calling 1-800-980-8474, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm CST. We will deactivate the lost/stolen card and transfer the remaining balance to a replacement card.
How do I request a replacement for a lost or stolen Emeril's Card?
To request a replacement card, please call 1-800-980-8474, during business hours. We will activate and ship a replacement card as soon as possible. We can only transfer the remaining balance from your damaged card to the replacement card. Emerils.com is not responsible for shipping charges for the replacement card.
