Rhubarb bitters add an interesting note to this flavorful cocktail.

Herbal Chill

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh basil leaves, plus 1 basil sprig for garnish
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 4 dashes rhubarb bitters
  • 1 rosemary sprig, for garnish

Directions

  • Muddle the basil leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the vodka, then add the lime juice, Cointreau, and bitters. Pour the drink over ice  and garnish with the basil and rosemary sprigs.
