Mango Lassi

  • Yield: About 2 quarts, 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced fresh mango or frozen diced mango
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons rose water
  • 3 cups plain yogurt

Directions

  • Combine 1 1/2 cups mango, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup ice, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 1/4 teaspoons rose water in a blender. Process on high speed until well combined, about 30 seconds. Add 1 1/2 cups yogurt and process until frothy, about 45 seconds. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately in tall, chilled glasses.
