Mama Simmons' Ambrosia

  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 oranges, peeled and divided into sections
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • One-half cup freshly grated coconut

Directions

  • In a large bowl combine orange sections with sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Mix in fresh coconut and serve.
