  • 3 cups balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Bring the vinegar to a boil in a medium, heavy saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until reduced by nearly three-quarters and has thickened to a syrup. Remove from the heat and cool completely before using.
