Ramos Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- Splash simple syrup
- Splash orange flower water
- Splash lemon juice
- Splash cream
- 1 egg white
- Soda water
Directions
- In a shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, flower water, lemon juice, cream and egg white. Add a couple of ice cubes. Shake several times and strain into an old fashioned glass filled half way with ice. Top the drink with soda water.
